Below, I have outlined some common questions that tend to come up during my programs for your convenience.
- Availability – My office hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:00am – 6:00pm CST. This is the time that I sit down and get the bulk of my project work done. This is also typically the time that I reply to emails.
- Deadlines - As discussed, there will be a portion of this project where you have my full, undivided attention. I LOVE giving this kind of attention to each client and I’m sure you will love it as well.
To ensure that each client gets the attention that they deserve, I ask that all deadlines be met by the appointed dates. This includes turning in website copy/text, desired images, and all other needed content at least 24 hours prior to our project start date.
If discussed deadlines are not met, we will need to continue moving forward with the project regardless and additional time will not be given. This may mean that some steps will not get completed during our time together and additional time may need to be purchased by the client. Each client and project is VERY important to me and will be treated with the utmost respect and focus during our time together.
- Sessions - For 45-minute sessions, we will be meeting via Zoom unless otherwise discussed. You will be emailed a Zoom link 24 hours prior to our appointment time. Please be sure to download and install Zoom at least 5 minutes prior to our start time.
- Cancellations - If a session or meeting must be cancelled, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. I will always make an effort to reschedule, however, if you don’t give me 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, I cannot guarantee that a make-up call can be scheduled and that session/call may be forfeited from the program.
- Support - If you have a question or need support, please remember to reach out to me via email, not phone or text. If you would like to schedule a time to chat on the phone please send me an email and we can get that scheduled.
- Calls - I want to be able to fully express yourself during our time together and I truly want you to love the outcome. I know that sometimes an email just wont cut it when it comes to sharing your vision. Because of this, you will have access to a once-a-week 15-minute phone call with me (in addition to our scheduled 45-minute session) throughout the duration of your project. You can schedule these calls with me via email at the beginning of each week.
- Misunderstandings and design critique - The design process can be a very personal and opinion based time. I 100% welcome any thoughts, critiques, and input that you have during the entire project and I want you to feel comfortable coming to me with your honest feedback. This relationship will work best with open and honest communication, so please feel free to reach out anytime. I cannot fix or address something if I don’t know there is an issue and your satisfaction is my main focus!
